Our Real Estate Agency, as well as our partner AGENCE DU GOLF, have been part of a family Company in Saint-Raphaël since 1958.

For 25 years ours leaders and partners carried out their activities with their home office in center city Saint-Raphaël at 74, rue Jean Aicard. Our group has been involved, over the past years, in all trades of the business:
- Real estate sales.
- Housing development.
- Real estate management.
- Commercial and new building sales.
- Land development.

In 1983, we opened new offices in Valescure where we began the development of this fabulous environment. This is where our offices are today..

Historicaly, we have created and sold several high quality developments, reference points on the Côte d'Azur, among which are La Vieille Bergerie, Les Parcs de Valescure, Le Nouveau Golf, Le Clos des Pins.

For 51 years we have been true to our roots, to principals of excellency and proximity and we are proud to have participated significantly in the development of Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus and surroundings.

Until 1994, René Fernand ARNEODAU presided our group whith the fallowing background :

Since 1994, his son René-Philippe ARNEODAU, who is a dual French - United States Citizen, has perpetuated the same principals based on a solid background as well :
- Maîtrise en Droit des Affaires - Université d'Aix en Provence
- Formation en Management - Loyola Collège (Baltimore, USA)
